Yes, the Dillon XL 750 is the best all around affordable press imo. Lots of flexibility, upgradability, good support, tons of information. You would just need 9mm and 5.56 conversion plates. And maybe a separate toolhead for convenience. If you find you do a lot and want to upgrade. You can upgrade to a direct drive or sell for ~50-75%+ of what you paid for it. Also amazing warranty. Time is more valuable to me so single stage is a no go.
